Your assessments are due quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July and October. We've provided several methods of payment to make it easier than ever to make your assessment payments.
(1.) Check my Account This feature is associated with your ledger and you will need your access code. If you do not have your access code, please sign into the website if you have not already done so and click the Financials and Payment link on the member homepage then click “Send Me My Access Code” button. Once you request your access code you will receive it by email within 2 business days. Once you have your Access Code: Log on to your community’s website, then click Resident Services, click Check My Account, click the link Pay Online. This method is NOT set up for credit card payments.
(2.) Automatic Deductions with Sure Pay Go to http://www.aamaz.com/ and click on Homeowner Resources to fill out the on-line application. You can also request a Sure Pay form from your community manager or in the Documents section of this website. An advantage to Sure Pay through the Association is that if the assessment amount changes the Sure Pay will automatically accept it and there is no need to make any changes.
Any application received 15 days or less before a payment due date will take effect for next subsequent billing period. For the current billing period you will still need to submit an alternative form of payment.
Example: Application received March 15th, will start the auto-deduction for the July 1st assessment. The homeowner will still need to pay the April 1st assessment manually.
(3.) US Bank Your association's bank accepts payments online. You will need to have your invoice or your access code with you when you pay via US Bank. Click here to access their payment site. Your access code is also your account number for paying via this method.
US Bank has 2 methods of payment: e-check and credit cards. They accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover . Please be aware the bank has a service charge for credit card transactions.
(4.) On-Line Bill Pay or Auto Pay. You can make payments through bill pay or set up auto pay through your own bank. Please note that if there is a change in your assessment amount you will need to contact your bank to change the amount of your auto debit.
(5.) Payment by check and mail delivery. Please make your check payable to: Doubletree Canyon Homeowners Association. Be sure to include your unit number on the check and mail to:
Doubletree Canyon Homeowners Association PO Box 54885 Los Angeles, CA 90054-0885
If you have any question about the payment process, please contact AAM’s Customer Service Department at or 602-906-4940. While they cannot accept payments over the telephone, they will happy to walk you through the payment process and answer any questions you may have. |
